Laura Arellano is a Consultant and Trainer specializing in Leadership Development and Group Dynamics. As Principal of Meta Logia, her years of corporate experience in Human Resources, Training, Development and Operational roles enhances her partnerships with businesses that demonstrate their commitment to their employees by investing in the growth and development of their people. Carolyn Andree, Ph.D.’s, teaching, training, coaching and consulting experience spans 30 years across Utah, the U.S., and South Africa. She has designed and delivered training for management, customer service and intercultural-issues-in-the-workplace to over 100 major business, government and non-profit organizations. For part of her career, she taught in universities in the U.S. and South Africa, as well as working in international development. Dr. Andree currently manages the management-training and professional-development program for Utah State University employees. And she is President of Andree Intercultural Training, Inc.



René Johnson, The Power Zone Coach, is the author of the book “Leaving Your Comfort Zone: How to Lead Your Life From the Power Zone!” René is a certified empowerment coach and a graduate of Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). René brings to her subject matter a wealth of knowledge, with over twenty years of well-rounded professional experience including launching Emerggy Coaching LLC in 2004 and recently, Power Zone Coaching. In addition, René has authored several international continuing education courses regarding business and personal development, published articles and developed the Power Zone Mastery™ and Leadership from the Power Zone™ coaching programs. Denis Petersen has extensive experience in health facility planning, and in program and project management. He is also an accomplished teacher and trainer. He understands that people are the driving force behind the success of any project. His primary goal in any situation is to build people and teams to the point that they can execute effectively and create success. He has the ability to work with people at any level of an organization and in any situation to help them lead, manage, partner and solve problems. Gaylan Nielson is the co-author of FAKE WORK with his partner, Brent Peterson. He is the CEO and co-founder of The Work Itself Group. He has been a consultant for over 20 years working with companies, government agencies, and non-profits to align teams to strategies and execute Real Work.

Brent has been an entrepreneur and business leader for over 25 years. He has created and sold several businesses such as True North Corporation and Prime Learning, and he has been a leader in several other organizations. James Gehrke is a Senior Learning and Development Strategist for Magnify Leadership and Development where magnifying the potential of managers and organizations is his passion. Dr. Steven J. Stowell is the Co-Founder of the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness, Inc. The Center was created in 1978 for the purpose of helping individuals and teams maximize their effectiveness and competitiveness.
